Work Out Wednesday

I have mentioned before that Keith and I like to torture ourselves and have been doing Cross Fit for a little over a year. 

This my friends is a typical work out you could find us doing.

5 Rounds
50 Ab Mats
40 Push Press
30 Double Unders
20box jumps
10Pull Ups
5 Burpees

That my friends is why I am so sore today that I can hardly move.  I should have titled this post
"Restful Wednesday". 

I have been sticking at it for over a year and I am still the slowest and weakest in the gym. 

Although I can see and feel improvements  which is good enough for me. 

Now, Keith on the other hand is looking finer than........ EVER.

Yep, that hottie is all mine!

Now, if only I could get my eating under control I could look as hot.
